The best-known village of the Konyak Naga in Mon district, Nagaland — historically among the Naga peoples famed for headhunting, whose eldest men still wear the facial tattoos that marked it. The village is ruled by a hereditary chief, the Angh, whose house famously straddles the India–Myanmar border, and its residents are widely reported to enjoy a form of dual nationality.
